To Whom it May Concern:
I became acquainted with Russell Hobbs, M.A., C.A.C., when he started as a case manager for the Lebanon County Commission for Drug and Alcohol Abuse. I was impressed with his knowledge of chemical dependence, his effective way of dealing with his clients, and his desire to help people. It is my belief that since he is also a pastor, he is especially qualified to deal with the spiritually broken people that we serve. It is my opinion that he effectively dealt with his clients, did his work in a timely manner, and was effective in helping an often difficult population who have many problems related to their chemical use. My personal dealings with him were positive and I appreciated his concern for me as a person, as well as an employee. It has been a distinct privilege for me to get to know Russ as a fellow employee and as a person. I believe that he is a competent and caring person who strives to help anyone who desires recovery.
Sincerely,
Mark Thomas Stout, PA-C
